Best Left Wingers in PES 2021

Best Left Wingers in PES 2021

With modern football tactics hugely reliant on wing play, most teams across Europe invest heavily in quality wingers. And if you want to compete with the big boys in PES 2021, you’ll need to as well. That’s why we’ve reviewed the 10 best left-wingers in the latest version of Pro Evolution Soccer to help you on your way to glory.

Best Left Wingers (LMF) in eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 – Season Update:

10. Marcus Rashford

Age: 23

Country: England

Club: Manchester United

Rating: 85

Marcus Rashford has been one of Manchester United’s most important players in recent times. Such is his status at the club that people forget he’s still just 23 years old. Often criticised for his profligacy in front of goal, the Englishman scored 17 goals last season and provided 7 times for his teammates. With his newfound confidence in front of goal, Rashford is expected to go on and do great things for Manchester United. His form has earned him an upgrade in PES 21 with in-game attributes like 88 kicking power, 91 speed, 88 acceleration, and 82 dribbling.

9. Ousmane Dembélé

Age: 23

Country: France

Club: Barcelona

Rating: 85

When you’re a young promising player who cost £96.8 million, you know much is expected of you. Unfortunately, expectations aren’t always met, and such has been the case for Dembele. Last season, injuries and poor form limited him to just 5 appearances in the league. Apart from his injury woes, Dembele has often been criticized for his attitude in training and the amount of time he dedicates to gaming. All of this has made him a not so popular figure at the Camp Nou. He may have been downgraded in PES 2021, but he’s still a top player with attributes like 86 ball control, 88 dribbling, 85 tight possession and 92 speed.

8. Leroy Sane

Age: 24

Country: Germany

Club: Bayern Munich

Rating: 86

Leroy Sane is another player who didn’t have a great 2019/2020 season. With injuries limiting him to just 11 games, Sane didn’t have any goal contributiona last season. Having made the move to Bayern Munich, he’s expected to raise his game and show the type of form that made him one of Europe’s hottest young prospects two seasons ago. Surprisingly, Sane hasn’t been downgraded in PES 21, and that’s good news for fans of the game. His most impressive attributes include 85 kicking power, 87 dribbling, 86 balance and 96 speed.

7. Serge Gnabry

Age: 25

Country: Germany

Club: Bayern Munich

Rating: 87

It almost seems like a lifetime ago that Serge Gnabry was deemed surplus to requirements at Arsenal. Since then, the German star has grown to become one of the best players in Europe. With his impressive dribbling, lightning pace and ice-cold finishing ability, Gnabry helped Bayern secure a famous treble last season. Still just 25, he is a great asset both in-game and in real life. PES Master League managers will enjoy breaking down defences with a player that boasts 87 speed, 93 acceleration, 89 dribbling, 87 ball control and 80 finishing.

6. Raheem Sterling

Age: 26

Country: England

Club: Manchester City

Rating: 88

Despite enjoying his most prolific season in front of goal, Raheem Sterling has been downgraded to 88 overall in PES 21. Last season, the Englishman scored 20 goals and assisted 1 as Man City finished behind eventual champions, Liverpool. Downgrades aside, Sterling has matured into a world-class player that’s a key member of Pep Guardiola’s team. His pace, dribbling skills and composure in front of goal are qualities every manager would want in their ideal winger. Tactically, Sterling is solid as well. He can play as an attacking midfielder or as a false 9. His best in-game attributes include 90 offensive awareness, 90 dribbling, 88 ball control and 92 speed.

5. Antoine Griezmann

Age: 29

Country: France

Club: Barcelona

Rating: 88

You would have to go back to 2011/2012 to see the last season Antoine Griezmann had fewer goal contributions than he did last season. Obviously, it wasn’t a great year for Barcelona. While the Frenchman may not have been at his best, he still managed to contribute 9 goals and 4 assists which most wingers would consider a pretty good return. But such is Griezmann’s quality that we have all come to expect more from him. His downgrade from 90 to 88 might be significant, but he’s still a world-class player and one of the best in PES 2021. Able to play on the wings, as an attacking midfielder, supporting striker, or as the central striker, he is easily one of the most versatile players in the game. His best attributes include 91 offensive awareness, 86 finishing, 91 ball control and 86 curl.

4. Eden Hazard

Age: 29

Country: Belgium

Club: Real Madrid

Rating: 88

Eden Hazard was downgraded from 91 to 88 overall in Konami’s latest version of Pro Evolution Soccer, and it’s not hard to see why. Having had an injury-ravaged season, Hazard is nowhere close to justifying the mammoth transfer fee Real Madrid paid for his services. Hopefully, he can come back and show what he’s capable of doing this season. Despite his decrease in overall rating, PES fans would still have a solid player in Hazard. His skillset allows tactical variations as he can play several roles from midfield to attack. Hazard’s best in-game attributes are 86 offensive awareness, 91 ball control, 95 dribbling and 87 speed and these qualities make him a great attacking threat to opposing defences.

3. Sadio Mané

Age: 28

Country: Senegal

Club: Liverpool

Rating: 90

Mane is arguably one of the best players in the world and has continued to prove himself on the biggest stage. His 18 goal performance last season was crucial as Liverpool finally won a Premier League title. The winger’s pace, power, dribbling, and finishing have been one of Liverpool’s biggest weapons in the past few seasons. If you like to brush past defenders and score incredible goals, Mane is a must-have in PES 2021. His in-game attributes include 87 offensive awareness, 85 finishing, 89 ball control, 94 speed and 90 tight possession.

2. Neymar Junior

Age: 28

Country: Brazil

Club: PSG

Rating: 92

When Neymar left Barcelona a few seasons ago, it was reportedly so he could leave Lionel Messi’s shadow to become the best player in the world. That hasn’t happened yet, and some might even say it’s never going to happen, but there is little doubt Neymar is still amongst the best players in the world. He’s fast, skilful, and a strong finisher. His most impressive attributes in the game are 87 finishing, 96 dribbling, 96 tight possession and 90 place kicking.

1. Cristiano Ronaldo

Age: 35

Country: Portugal

Club: Juventus

Rating: 93

On top of this list is Cristiano Rinaldo, arguably one of the best players to have ever graced a football pitch. Although he’s 35 now, Cristiano Ronaldo is still as dangerous as ever. He has been Juventus’s best player since he made a move from Real Madrid 2 seasons ago. Ronaldo may not be a long-term investment for Master League managers, but, he can provide an instant upgrade in any team. His in-game attributes include 91 finishing, 92 kicking power, 90 ball control and 93 heading.

The good thing about wingers in modern football is that they can play across the front line. With any of the footballers above on your team, you can tweak your formation in PES Master League to get the desired result.
